"The first thing I thought of when I saw this wall was "The girl has a beard!"
The brush you used on the last layer takes away from the whole wall. It doesn't connect right (the brush size was too small) and doesn't blend well with the background. Try a different brush if you want to grunge the wall up a bit. It's just way too busy and doesn't really flow well together. :/
The flowers are fine, but there's way too many of them, it seems like you're trying to hide something in that corner. ^^;" View

Although, it would've been more ideal if you used Byakuya in the back as well. You're immediatly drawn to the center of this wall and when you look at the sides Ishida is expected and Byakuya is there. O.o I had to read your decription because I couldn't figure out why Ishida looked so weird.
The shirt shadows on Byakuya aren't as clean as they are on Ichigo's, it may help to clean those up ^_^" View

If you put some writing on it, don't do too much or it'll clutter it up too much. Maybe a math problem or two or a schedule like Tate mentioned. A hole or two on the left margin would also add to the looseleaf/notebook feel." View
