As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

my only complaint is that it is too dark. it seems like her face should be lit up by her sword, i dunno.

"I really like this wall. Normally I HATE brown, but i think you used it well here. The only problems i have are the leaves and to me at least, the gazebo(sp?) looks a bit too blurry.

yes, i hate that pen tool. great job using it though, must've taken ages, each flower is slightly different, which is cool.
this wall would be perfect if not for the black dots in the flowers.
they make the smaller flowers look weird. kinda like peppercorns.
