This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
"This wall really is very nice. I think the selection of colours make it very pleasing to the eye. The vector blends very well with the background and the text has a lot of contrast, some darker, some lighter, making the wallpaper have a lot of depth. Being minimalistic, there aren't too many things fighting for attention either...
Good job! Wished I could've done something similar... :)" View

"As usual, a very well blended wall with awesome effects. ^^
I realized the difference in style though, I personally prefer a scan with some form of outline, but you prefer to blur it so that it blends together with the background. Just a difference in style, but very nice nonetheless. Good job! " View

"See? It's good. I've already told you all the things you did right in SZ. It looks full, but not cluttered. Old and faded, but still nice and warm. ^^" View

"I'm going to add yet another positive comment. This wallpaper is amazing. I especially love the way the evening light bathes the subject so that it blends so well. Don't see any negatives, so two thumbs up!" View

"I feel the blending could be better. The font is really nice, but a little effect to make it less monotonous would help. Also, I think it's weird that the grass tilts to one side when there doesn't seem to be any wind or effect of that nature. I DO like the picture of SABER though, and it's blended quite ok with the sky and grass... not a bad job I'd say, especially if this is a first. ^_^" View
