"Hiya! Hm....the vector of kira and lacus isn't that bad however there is alot to improve specially their hair, eyes and faces. Have to keep in mind of that. Lacus face is abit out of shape. >.< Have to make it rounder so it looks nicer. Kira's hair kinda funny. There shouldn't be hair poping out at the back. Otherwise in terms of color its good. About the BG...I like simple and clear type of BG therefore I can say its nice and beautiful. Good try! Practice more and you get better in it. ^_^
