Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
"Very nice work. I particularly like the quote and choice of font. The planes (by their number and direction) give the impression of wind--movement, explaining Alvis' hair and strap tie. I did not mind the roughness of the planes or the musical score in the background; they seem to add to a symbolic argument that proves your quote (makes a song). " View
Sick of Waging War

"An excellent wallpaper. I can see what is being said about the blurring, but that is actually one of the things I like about it; Lavie's character comes out very crisp. Perhaps given that she is "Sick of Waging War" the blurring is somewhat symbolic of her separation from the violence. The middle of the paper is the red from explosions and ties well with her hair. The brillance of the white is another defining and comforting aspect of the paper." View

"Definitely blue, but not overbearingly so (in other words, varied, not boring). Very nice job. I appreciate that we cannot see her eyes. That's awesome!" View
