While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

" ahhh love at first sight i really love what you have done here to be more exact i love the colour theme its just great good job mate you really did a nice wallpaper but you could have removed the cutout effect around the character its not going to well.
other than that the background is lovely and nice brush work

"Well i must say this wallpaper did catch my eye i like light color wallpaper's and i like this one as well but its alittle too light.
Firstly dont get dissappointed about not getting much feedback since you haven't done much the scan and the baclground, you could have added some flower's with colours matching her dress so it wont standout much.
Secondly like Delacour said the text doesn't fit its mixed with the background too much it should atleast standout alittle.
plus you could have added a few falling leaves on the wallpaper to make it look like autumn since the picture itself doesnt have much colour AND sometimes if your having doubt about your wallpaper try asking someone to help you out and the best place is SESSION ZERO.
lastly since its your second wallpaper and you tried your best for that its going to my favourites.

firstly: fix the character (try smugde effect on the character).
secondly: fix the background (also smugde it if you're going to smugde he character if not then try filtering the background and see which one fits the background)
