After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
"=3 I dunno if I'll be of much help to you, but if it's an image that you want to add onto a sort of woody background, like what you've started doing, I'd maybe tear the edges of the scan a bit, burn it here and there (maybe), fade it a little, add some light & shadow so that it's got a more 3D look to it, etc. It's become a pretty popular look among Naruto wallers (images on old paper and what not) and it tends to work well. You seem like you're going for an aged effect since the scan is so yellow, that's the only reason why I suggest giving it a worn look.
Like Huarru said, there are other similar walls you can look at in the gallery for some more ideas. I wouldn't recommend adding text to it at this point though." View
