"Just a few observations, maybe the pile of debris in the center (just below the text) could also be slightly outlined as well to match the rest. You may want to add some shading to the pile that is outlined below the non-outlined pile, and maybe use a smaller sized brush to outline some more. The light source seems to be from the left, so maybe some shadows esp of her hand on the wall.. with diffuse lighting, I think a subtle shadow would be nice. I do like the mist and the graffiti on the wall which seems to say "lost sin"? The idea of outlining stock is a good one, makes the background blend well with the character. What does the Latin mean this time? XD And msg me! I have a christmas card waiting for ya!" View

I think you could tweak shaoran's skin colour a bit (looks a bit dark brown to me), and maybe add the highlights and shadows.The airbrush look clashes with the vector style, so I suggest changing the shading to vector style. You might also want to add a bit of a stone texture to the bg white structure. When you complete the background I suggest that you take note of the lighting. Right now it's just black, but the foreground looks brightly lit. Nice choice of text, but isn't the tsubasa logo missing some parts? Looking good so far, hope to see it completed soon." View

Perhaps some judicious darkening would make it more consistent (try a black to transparent gradient and use a diffuse eraser to erase the parts you want on the characters you want the light to shine on and perhaps also around the feathers. (The light source would be the glowing planet? Try to think where the light would fall from such a source on the characters) That would give the feathers more of a glow effect and make the characters blend more into the dark background. " View
