After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

While I feel this wall is complete as it is, no comment is over without RANDOM CRITICISM! Probably more for food for thought on later works instead of this one directly. :p The overall idea I got from the wall was a grunge feeling as AP has defined it for me. I'm stretching this... but the candle base may be too pure/unblemished for the style. Scratches or that oil buildup on teacups that seem so popular in some cultures might have been fun. Doing so may darken the base and make the candle light stand out even more. \o/

I loved the color scheme. My favorite part was probably the white leaf/blossom and swirls that you have over the wall of swords. I also enjoyed the text and the pattern behind it. The only change I would have on the text/pattern is having both in a layer above the blossom/leaf layer instead of having the text above and pattern below... but that is probably just personal taste. :p
"Out of curiosity, if you hated Haruhi... then why would you want a huge image of her on your desktop? While this is indeed Anti-Haruhi, it is also Anti-Wallpaper. -_-;;
I disliked the sign and the rock because I felt the style was inconsistent with the rest of the wallpaper. I also felt the far right glare was far too realistic. xD
However, I did find the coloring of the text appropriate compared to the background. I believe the overall quality of the wallpaper was actually quite high too. :p Congratulations on that, though I wish the skill had been used in other ways. >_>

1. The one orange brush in the background does not seem to fit. At least the gray/purple can be taken is a darkened version of green.
2. What are the chances of green-tinting or recoloring some of her outfit? Most notably the orange necktie and red/orange stripes. While this is not as big, I believe it may bring more unison to the wallpaper.
3. The text on the left... while the placement irks me a little (too uniform with all the letters starting in one line on the left etc), I am more bothered by the content. xD Perhaps you were going for a 'rap ballad' (what I tend to tie the use of 'wanna/baby/girl' to), but I did not the style as much. :( I offer the following modifications, in which I'll try to keep the original meaning as intact as possible.

"I loved the foggy/smoke idea for the background and would love to learn/figure out how you did it someday. :o It is one of the effects that have been on hold for the wall I have been planning to do since the end of last year. :p
For the background: The placement and the flat ground still makes me think of a stage... so perhaps some seriously faded out shadows of the other instruments would have been cool. I'm sure you can find scans/vectors of them if you look hard enough. :) Having random stage equipment (with no people, of course) scattered throughout the scan roughly where they were in the scene would still preserve the 'loneliness' in my eye." The only thing I might complain about is that I feel the edges of the lanterns are a little too 'sharp'... if that makes any sense ^^;; I figured that a dull worn-out look would have been nice on the ends of the lantern~ Also the lettering on the bottom right lantern seems slightly off considering the bottom of the sheet is warped...

The scan: I see some jagged-ness from what I believe is left over from stretching a scan... though I think that may just be a problem with my video card~ The extraction isn't too bad in my view, but you may want to pay attention to the needle-spike-ness in the hair... and some of the places towards the bottom of her outfit look awkward to me~ I think it would be spiffy if you could brighten the scan to bring out the ribbon and brown in her outfit more :p
