"That's a really nice scan to work with. And I get the concept you're trying to portray from your wall but there are some things that I don't quite dig though.
The vector doesn't quite blend with the background's texture. The background is very texturized so I'd like to see the vector to blend in as well, although it does stand out on its own, but I'm not digging it that way.
And the next thing would be the hm... faded spirally effects at the end of the kimono's sleeves and the rest of the colourful obi. It could be the abrupt end of the vector outline that's not continuous with the spiral thingy or the same sizes of the spirals used, but they just look too plain and random when placed that way. It could be better if you varied the sizes of the spirals used to show more airy movement and make some of the outlines faded before ending it abruptly.
But despite all my critiques, I still like your wall at first thumbnail sight. Definitely something I could use as my wallpaper." View

"Agreed. Air Gear is an awesome manga to read. Though I think that this wallpaper might need some more improvements. The reconstruction of the whole picture isn't that good. Jagged lines are visible. Though the overall concept of the Thorn King, or Queen, is very nicely portrayed. The canopy and the light is absolute love. If you do more practice on vector, I'm sure you'll do well. :)

The character extraction is excellent. The outline really blends it with the vintage wall. And the vintage pattern is really effective since the character is already wearing some kind of vintage clothings.
My only complaint might be the underlined texts, it's not really necessary and somehow doesn't work well with it.

Though the sunflower (never seen one so small o_O) Is that part of the background? Well if it is it doesn't seem to good. But if you're trying to make Plue holding the sunflower, I don't think he/she/it grabbed it though. The sunflower is at the back layer of the Plue vector. Maybe you might wanna extend the tip of the sunflower so it looks like Plue is actually holding it or something.

Butmaybe if you didn't rush that much and take the time to make the background a little clearer the wall might be better than this; it looks a little blurry.
