However, the characters seems to sink into the wallpaper (I'm not sure whether that is what you wanted), but I think it's better to let them stand out more with lighting effects or brushes to accent them. Also, I'm not so sure about the flowery borders at the corners of the wallpaper - can you make the bottom one lower?

"First of all, you need to place a sig in the wall as stated in the FAQ. Then, the outlines of the two girls there are too jaggy =/ showing clumsy extraction. Besides, I think that the background is too plain, add some designs (brushes) and/or textures, but don't overdo it. And the Japanese logo on bottom is not really necessary - it takes away the beauty this wallpaper might have o_o

"Hmm...it's hard to make the background of a site layout into a good wallpaper, mainly because the background will be very simple and plain to accommodate the text/images on the site o_o I like the effects you did on Ichigo, but try to place him in the centre or using brushes to accent him, since he's the only focus in the wallpaper.
