After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

I'd suggest you take a look at the FAQ and look over some of the tutorials on vectoring. If you vector this scene, I could definitely see it becoming a part of the gallery. That's probably your best bet, although it is work. Alternatively, you could do what many other members have done and get a group of scenes that have a common theme and put them together like photos on a surface. Crete a suitable background and such, and you can have a basic wallpaper. As it stands right now, the dimensions are wrong, it's far far far too low quality of an image, and it's just a screencap.
Also, always add a signature, even though the work isn't complete. I hope this helps you!" View

Sorry, but this is not even close to AP quality. This is just 3 scans put together without any thought behind it. The scans do no have any effects, there is no BG, no theme (you mention Kaoru but only show the back of the ribbon on her pony tail in 1 image), and the scans have not been extracted (I can still see the text denoting where they came from, i.e. CD covers/inserts). Please put more effort into your wallpaper. We are glad to help, but you must put in the effort." View

Also, "atashi" is usually used by women. Since the text translates to "I am L", one would assume it is "L" speaking/writing. In this case, "watashi" or "ore" or any of the other masculine forms of "I" would be much more appropriate.
Lastly, "dessu" is not a word that I am familiar with. I think you mean "desu", which is similar in meaning to the "to be" or "is" verb in English, within this context. I don't expect others to know any Japanese, but if you are going to use it in your wallpaper, make sure to have it at least glanced over by somebody that does know some basic Japanese to see if there are any glaring problems before submitting it.
