"This is really nice! my suggestion would be to try and make the character a different color from the BG, it doesn't have to be a drastic color difference, but maybe a darker red background, or the character an orange or yellow...maybe they are all a little to similar in color and texture ,..

also, just a technical point, the refelction of the chain in the water is missing , that just looked a little odd to me, if light is refelected that far back (even if it is a devil ) then so should the chain... just a thought though...

"I really like this wallpaper, i like the aura around toshiro and the snowflake background, especially all the different shapes of the flakes! very nice. my only suggestion is maybe play around the contrast of Toshiro, he seems a little dull, maybe it's just some of the lines, like around his hair the lines are a nice black, but in his cloak they are more muted,... not sure changing it would make it better, it's just my inital thought.. but overall a beautiful wall!" i think the shadow figure behind him isn't needed here, and the text needs something more, the font is too small for the wallpaper, maybe make it larger and try playing with the font's transparency maybe to make it a more interesting element in the overall picture.
