Like I said so many times, this is freaking awesome! The combination of different textures really does contribute to the authentic vintage look and feel. Also, the circus-like banner is damn nice - not too much on the texture and the burnt effect is simply a fantastic way to give it some aesthetic quality. The composition seems immaculate but of course, you know my exact thoughts on that one particular bird!
Anyway, this wall truly gives light on your skills and creativity, and could this be a revolution; wide-screen all the way perhaps? B-but why? You have to kick my butt in everything, especially walling. To sum things up, this is a wall which contains flawless brushing with great detail too, the background and foreground just can't help but complement the AWESOME scan, and finally - there is nothing more to say, just let me favorite? Please? It wouldn't be justice if I didn't. ^^
"Oh... I love these kinds of walls since I simply find these concepts so intriguing - especially with the fantasy theme, plus the combination of ice-like flowers and a mixture of magical dust/snow really does help bring out the special feel and dreamy atmosphere.
Also, the vectoring is just too sweet! Everything is so smooth and clean, making the original scan seem like an antique ready to break. Although there is one flaw, which are the hands (I know it's the scan's fault, but it could have been rectified to some extent). The hair (girl) and the fur is wonderful, and I reckon those layers were worth it.
Anyway, it's good works like this which makes my walls seem so insignificant and crap in comparison, so maybe I can take some inspiration from this! However, there is just one small other thing; some parts of the wall look kinda rough in contrast to the overall smoothness, but it still doesn't discount the fact that this wall is totally awesome! Definitely +favorite. ^^

"I have been meaning to comment on this wall for awhile now, so - here's my chance! Let me just point out one thing... the background is simply awesome! I seriously love the colors and it truly does gives essence to the night feel. Also, wonderful work on re-creating the outfit for C.C - I'm sure that must have been a somewhat difficult task. W-wait! The good stuff doesn't end here; the text is fantastic (so maybe you should give me some tips sometime :D) and a delicious job on the temple, it complements the moon a lot! "The one thing I like about this is the CG -- it is something I would like to attempt in the future but I suck at these sort of things, let alone sketching and designing my own character, so props to you on that, he he. Also, another brilliant aspect of the wall is the main text, especially the fast-movement effect which is damn stylish! One minor flaw would be the surrounding texts, I reckon there is too much on the fading effects making some words barely visible. "I have been meaning to comment on this wall for awhile now, but it keeps slipping my mind. Before I go any further, I just want to say... I absolutely love this wall! Perhaps my prime favorite from the Gundam 00 category.
When comparing your wall with the original screen-shot, it's amazing how much differences there is; the Earth is just incredible and the smudging technique is awesome! It makes the SS seem rather dull and crap.

Anyway, the wall seems somewhat plain at the moment and could use some fiddling around and extra ingredients. Personally, I reckon the gradient background just doesn't do justice to the wall, but I do like what you're aiming for. Sorry, I can't really give specific suggestions on what to add or rectify, but maybe you should place some sort of subtle pattern or try your luck and experiment with creating simplistic abstract backgrounds. I'm very sorry that I can't be of anymore help... I'm just not thinking straight today! >< " View

"Oh my, someone has finally used one of my vectors and it appears you did a decent job too. Simplicity is definitely the style to adore and admire, but too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. In this case, the strip patterns feels redundant and is a feeble attempt to cover up the excess space. I generally don't mind the flower brushes, but there's so many walls that have similar brushing styles (brushes around the character, etc). "The thing that bothers me most is Shana's eyes; it seems somewhat unusual and actually makes her more frightening. Disregard that, since it's the scan's fault. Oh by the way, awesome find on the scan -- it has such an incredible quality! At first glance, I thought the fiery trees didn't blend so well with Shana, 'cause it makes her seem like a menace rather than one of the good guys; but on second thoughts, yeah, I guess it's alright. The effects are pretty cool and well executed but the thing I find most intriguing is the 'impact' the wall delivers. Well crafted! Plus favorite! ^^

This wall can be an exception though, since I'm a big fan of the simplistic-contemporary design. The way how you incorporated the urban feel is great, and it really does suit the theme. "First off, I have to say that I'm a huge fan of the top and bottom strips, they always look professional and cool. The vectoring is impeccable -- smooth lines and clean edges, almost perfect. However, if you're going to make a wall based on the Gundam Meister, try to include all of them, I'm sure Allelujah wouldn't be too pleased. The text motif (the characters' name) seems decent, but it feels too redundant and lacks the freshness; It would have been better if the objectives of Celestial Being (eradicating war and etc) were written instead. The logo seems like a nice addition, but the brushes on the other hand could have been better positioned. Last but not least, the background depicting the galaxy is adequate, and really adds to the feel of the wall. Nice work! ^^ " View
