After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! i see you try to make simple wallpaper by have so much empty space, not bad but the result is not too good either.
what you miss is maybe you put some texts in the very middle of the wall and not very attractive but become main attention (because else is empty), maybe put that a bit aside or try another approach by change the way you did with that kanji (placement is not too formal, rotate it or resize one of them,different color etc)
then come to nobita himself, you can add some shadow around him, the ball and the guitar, so it didn't look floating
and also it doesn't hurt to add another element in this wallpaper, because this kind of blue wall is too lonely for me, and not the same mood with how he smile and look like imagining something, try with cheerful kind of wallpaper and color
the last and important you have to add your AP user as your signature under the wall, and try bigger size like 1600*1200

if you made that red stain remove it in around his face and clothes, if you try to make it look like blood splatter, try look some really bloody brush that usually have depth in it, but i suggest not use it at all...
i don't know what does the original scan look like, but if you use masking it still look weird especially the background around the character, why don't you make it all black instead
and try to recreate the text (if you insist on using it), it distracting the whole wallpaper, unless you really trying to emphasize the text rather than the character, maybe use another color, cause black as background made other color on top of it became more seenable
