After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

The only detractor is that the white section between the gun handles and in the trigger guard area looks like it should be filled in with a background and not just plain white. "I like this one and especially like the color contrast with the black/grey shirt and the orange leaves. The canted photo effect is nice and the leaves coming out work as you wanted I think (giving a 3D feel). I think I would have preferred if you had filled the top left corner with background and only used the right/bottom/left sides to represent the "photo" edge. That way it would look more like a photo and less like a wall that'd been rotated a bit.
"I really like it, but have to echo Swordfish-II about the hand holding the trumpet. It also looks like Spike only has 3 fingers on that hand. There's a shadow where the separation of fingers is but no line like the rest of fingers have so it looks like one big finger at first glance (especially in thumbnail view). I really like that poster too... you should put that into another wall on it's own." View

I agree with Mnemeth about the stitching (and agree that it really isn't a detractor though).
Also --- Talho has darker colored hair --- pretty much black hair. At least in regards to the anime and most scans I've seen of her (quick GoogleImageSearch for "talho" shows black hair). I didn't see the original scan though so it could be intentional in which case you can ignore my comment!
Other than that hair color thing which throws me off I really like it. Your vector is really clean (as usual) and I really, really like that edge design.

Speaking of which --- that's my favorite part of this wall and how it highlights the foreground character (which, by the way --- I'm lovin' your Clover walls from manga scans!) Excellent work on the lighting of the character to match as well. Great depth by using simple lighting techniques.
I like the subtle gradient for skin coloring as well.

"A bright colored Ergo wallpaper... different at least. I'm not sure what the point of the blood is on the barrel, especially as it looks like the shotgun itself is bleeding (blood for blood's sake never worked for me so that may be a personal preference).
The background doesn't seem to have any perspective to it. Your "road" has perspective (even if it is skewed) but the windows and buildings do not. I know you mentioned that you worked on perspective, but you may want to take another look at it.
The mottled look doesn't look good on the character. It just makes her look diseased. You may want to try a different effect there. It kind of ruins the effect, for me anyways, if you vector the character and then it still looks like a bad magazine scan because of some "texture" effect.
Sorry if it sounds like I'm being harsh or harping on your work. I like the layout and the colors (yeah... bright Ergo seems odd but I like it). You also used lighting well. Overall, it is a decent piece, but I think a bit of tweaking can make it much more appealing." View

I like it better than the purple one as well... or rather, I think they work well together actually: I have one on my laptop and the other on my main monitor in the same room --- kind of complimentary. This one seems to have more feeling to it though where as the other one was more of "just a pretty picture" - for me anyways.

Maybe rework it without adding the blond girl (though I know that was kind of the point) with a different idea or maybe another scan can be found...?

"Excellent work on the coloring. I agree with xceliex2000 in reference to matching CLAMP style. It is excellent work. The only thing to me that you might want to take a look at is the coloring of her mouth. It is open but the coloring matches her skin so it looks a bit off. Obviously not an issue at all, but maybe something for touch-up if you revisit this piece. Beautiful job.
