The water ripples remind me of DARKER THAN BLACK; where it is just nicely done, and not too realistic and not too plain simple! Do the kanji means the title of the wallpaper?

"Beautiful vector yet again, ASH! Some art are better off with traces, and some are better traceless. This is one that looks good without the lines itself. i prefer this way, when it has less background, and more space. looks more tidy this way.
Also, you should have gone with the textless version during your submission. It looks better (on my eyes!)
