After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Anyhoo, actually you have a nice concept, just one, you maybe havent work hard enough to support your nice concept ; 3;
First problem is the left image, which is looks too blurry. Just like the previous comment, I highly recommend you to remove it, and make/put some flowers there, instead of that image. Add some more flowers like the one you put on the right side, after you fix those flowers. I wont say the flowers looks ugly, but if you do use PS' filter to make the flowers looks more 'flat' (something with anime's style), I think you should change it :] The flower doesnt looks too 'flat', maybe you should try to use your PS' smudge tool and smudge some part of the flower to make it looks more 'animeish'. And then, work more on the scan's (and the flower too) extraction. It doesnt looks fine with that background D: For the background and the extraction, I recommend you to take a look at imanimetions' tutorials. They have a very nice tutorial there, you should really take a look and learn some more things! :D
Last thing I want to tell you is.. the text doesnt fits there (the 'ashita no nadja') try to use another font or remove that texts. And the signature, try to put it on the bottom, where people cant see it when they put it on their desktop. And btw, use the (c) symbol is not right here, you should say.. 'wallpaper (c) rinka-chan' instead just use the '(c) rinka-chan' because you only design the wallpaper, not the anime xD;;

"Not a bad vector, but just wanna let you know, that... this is not your creation, you just vectored the scan, but.. you didnt add something in 'your style' or something that can makes it looks different than the original scan. The vector itself is a good one, I like it, doesnt looks weird, just maybe the shading with the blur doesnt looks nice. And maybe... vector the outline, hmm i mean dont use the stroke option, but use the same technique on the hair and etc. I suggest you to add some more 'your originality' on the wallie, like texture or remove the border and make it looks scenic-er x3 or maybe, change the color.. well, it doesnt blend very well in my opinion... and i saw a light behind the boy's hair xD;; do you use outer glow? better remove it because makes it looks weird D: and then the background position is a bit weird imo... put the scan higher or put the background lower :3
and then.. the background still kinda too realistic! :3 you just need a final touch i guess :3 err smudge tool? and or use a lil vector, to makes the edge looks sharper :3 just some of them, like the leaves on the corner left and right side i guess :3 and remove the scatter thingy around the wallpaper? xD;; except you have and want to use a paper texture, that scatter texture thingy on the wallpaper looks weird xD;;
and last.. maybe give it a little color? because the sepia looks too.. brown-ish xD;; not something contrast, but something like... red or orange :3 it'll looks more 'colorful' and not monotone :3
a little suggestion, what about using a 'grudge' texture? i dunno, i think it fits the wall xD;; but its just a suggestion :3

for the text... use white color! and then use (again), soft light layer style. it'll blend with the background in a better way :3 and the "i am kamui" and "redefining the world" text, needs a better (or a default and standard?) font i guess, because it doesnt match the whole wallpaper.
and btw, just a sidenote.. comment on your own wallpaper results nothing xD;;;;; people rarely check back on the wallpaper they comment, and nobody see it xD;; better edit your description imo :3

and.. i know you tried so much to clean the scan, but that one doesnt work that well *pointing at her ribbon or sth* err try vector? :3 the building extension looks kinda weird too x___x the lines! the lines! take a look :'DD And for the background... maybe a smaller moon will be better, imo. I wont recommend you to give stars because it looks like a 'bloody night' for me... i think it needs.. clouds.
And change the font and the position and the rose's color, because it looks weird... and remove the brush behind the text :x i think, the text should be red or something similar to that color... because white looks weird xD;;
oh, and the character needs more shadings. uhmm its hard to explain here, i'll try to edit it with my photoshop to make it looks easier xD;; wallpaper yay?
what i do is :
1. corner, somewhere behind the girl and boy : brush it with soft round brush and black color, and then turn the layer from normal to soft light. i do it twice :3
2. clean the scan using the inanimetations tutorial *check blue-green's post*
3. i dunno where should you put the text, because i think... it works well without text too xD;;
and... btw the moon needs smart blur :3 also... a texture might be cool :3 visit da for great texture! :3

anyway, the scan's noise is kinda too much, and its annoys so much D: i mean those black dots. better remove it or put it into soft light with 30-60% opacity. Or, use smart blur. Play around with the amount by yourself :3
The background *bhuh* should be darker. make a new layer behind the character, fill it with black color, and then use soft light or overlay... with 40-60% opacity.. and then ctrl+shift+alt+e to make a new layer (hide the character, text and splatter brush you used there first) and set it to linear burn with 30-40% of opacity. once again, ctrl+shift+alt+e and change it into screen layer with 5-10% of opacity if its too dark for you :3 play around with opacity and layers, will turn it into a super good wallpaper :3 And then.. for me, the background is kinda too photoshop filter-ish. Better use the smudge tool for the sky, and maybe vector the buildings and mountains, if you can make vectors. Mwaha me forgot, you should do this before you make the background looks dark with my step :3 (and the tree on the bottom of the wallpaper is too blurrish, make it looks more sharp!)
The splatter brush on the corner doesnt looks match with the wall's concept... i suggest you to remove it, or alternatively, you can add some more splatter ink there (with brush, in black color!) and use soft light mode :3 and then maybe blur it a bit with gaussian blur (1/1.5 maybe looks good...)
Last, the text. Find another font! because that font is DOESNT MATCH THE WALL AT ALL. DDD: a standart default text like times new roman or georgia maybe better :3 try to visit dafont for more font! :3
