A big plus from me for using a manga image (I'm a hater of the anime - the manga was FAR better!)
Really warm colour fit Hotaru very well... I'm not sure about the deco style... It didn't us too much of floral designs which here seem to be the main theme... Nice idea on the stained glass... (Dunno why but stained glass always looks good with SailorMoon art...)"
