After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! "Your vector is really great, I love it! soo cute! I think you really should make perfect background for it, when you've done the vectoring already ^_^
The grass is a bit too big for the character, and doesen't look natural enough, try this tutorial for the grass, it could help you --> http://ningen.nattoli.net/tutorials/grass/02 ... you could add some flowers and butterflies too, to make it look more colorfull and cute ^__^
I like the font you chosed, I just think it should be a little smaller, although it looks nice even like this ^_^. And you really should remove the feathers, or put nice, white feathers, this ones just look weird, and the wings on a character too, you should make pretty white wings, mabye something like this --> http://imanimetions.net/tutorial/tutorial.php?view=wings
And for the sky, it's too obviuous it's just the clouds filter, try to paint your own clouds, or extract them from some photo ^_^
