Most people simply think raster is nothing but a reduced form of vector, and when they rasterize, they think bigger is better. But you are different, the 1 pixel stars look really great, if they're blurred even a little bit, they would look dirty...

I like the concept, and the whole picture is formed properly.
But I see you used a real world photo nearly without filtering as background...This is usually dangerous, as 2D illustrations usually blend badly with 3D real world photos, and such combinations should be carried out with extreme caution.
Maybe you can try applying some heavier filtering, or go and check for some illustrated snow backgrounds. Just a personal opinion though

Well return to the topic, I like the overall feeling. The whole picture looks calm and quiet, but the flying leaves and birds keep it from looking dull.
Also i like the light leaking from bamboo leaves, feels fine.

Black background plus black hair causes low contrast, this is even worse on old LCDs.
So maybe you can increase the brightness of shana a little bit to make her stand out more? Or you can consider highlighting the contour like you did at the topmost part?

So here's some advices:)
You may try extracting the "tachie"(I mean the character portrait) with dedicated tools like "g00cnv"(A tool for extracting images from reallive engine of key). This should eliminate all extraction problems. What's even better, this tool can preserve transparency data, so the ribbons would look right.
And the font, although just a personal opinion, you may try using the font that key used in the opening. It's named "mikachan" and is freeware.
