After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
"The original was much more vibrant, I really don't like how you gave it a orange tint and an even grunger look. It really makes the lightning on her odd compared to the rest of the background. Resizing it really killed the original quality of the image as well, blurring out alot of the clean, crisp lines I remember from the original. The text work is also really shoddy and detracts too much with the subject herself. Something more subtle would've been better.
I have no problems with scan extensions so long as they did it tastefully in respect with the original image, but I don't really see that here." View

"Creative designs you've got there, but I preferred rei's pink/blue contrast as oppose to this green/gray constrast. It's just my personal preference but asuka's heavily green image clashes with the starkly grey background. Another thing is your vector shapes looks extremely flat and sharp as opposed to other parts of the wallpaper. Could be the lack of textures? Looking back on your rei one having a simple texture overlay smoothed out alot of the shapes.

with that aside, it's nice for your 2nd try, however the grunge looks a bit flat(especially the blood splatters) in comparision to cammy's dominating appearance. The bluegreen sploches on her glove clashes too much with the red you added on and looks apparently you just pasted it on top.

The text is really lacking and the sharp flowers really feel flat in all those textured background. and would've worked better without the black borders. The shadows are a really nice touch though.
