"Hi! the idea is not bad, but i think that you should fix some things:

-She is standing on your signature... i suggest you to put your signature on the left-down corner.

-The simplicity is not bad, but you must know how to blend colors on it, if you see Rukia colors are a little bit out of place (red, orange on the umbrella) try to use some brushes with thoses colors so the background can blend more.

-Move Rukia to the left (but just a bit), so she can be the center of the attention.

"The idea is not bad ^^ but i would suggest you to make it more magical and fix the size of the character cause its kinda small. remove the noise on the background cause it lowers the quality in my opinion, or maybe you should make a new background , i recommend you to use some soft pastel colors cause they blend better (but its your choice^^)
for the text, im not sure if you should leave it with opacity, make it more visible.

"Too much green >_< , usually wallpapers with ghosting are with blue white and gray colors, i think you should fix that (dont mind me about the colors, but make them blends) and the character in the center looks weird with a desaturated color.
