While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Number two, great job vectoring I know that's alot of work and it looks solid, I agree on your changes to the outfit. Personally I have a love/hate relationship with the scan I guess they were going for some loligoth look that maybe makes sense to Japanese people, but it doesn't make sense or seem to fit the chars. But hey, you see Haruhi's belly, so that's good!
