As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. "I dont like it, i think the BG, is not good, i mean, gaara is from the desert i know, but the BG is to empty, you need to add something else, besides it has no detail, it looks as if you yust vectored the whole thing or used a brush to make it, well you said you took a stock photo from somewere, but you have to add something else, thats to empty.
the gaara scan is good, the only thing is that he doesnt blend with the BG, since he has a lot of detail, and the sky looks much more real than the desert, looks like you convined the realworld with the anime, looks weird, you need to draw another sky or take one from some other anime.
or simply try another BG.

then the scan, it looks really blurred, and grainy, vector it, and once you do the vector, make the scan a loot bigger, and make the wall a looot bigger too, try use the biggest resolution you can do, that way the wall would be awesome, try 2560 x 1600 or 1600 x 1200 once you do all that submit it here in SZ to get more comments about what else you can do, good luck." You see, to make comments like the one you just did, you should have some thing to prove you have even a little of idea of how to do a wall, and since you don't even have an avatar, nor a wall, you should not make comments like those ones.
now with the wall, jigoku-nin is it your wall??, i bet it is since it lacks of some things you should take into serious consideration. though you should add your signature, read the FAQ, that's very important.
first, the scan is blurred, both chouji and the butterfly, i understand you tried to do the butterfly that way, but it stress some people to have something that blurred in their computers, you should vector the whole thing, that would be very nice.
second, the Background (BG), i think you should add something more interesting, may be a forest, or some houses from konoha, i don't know, try to be creative.
as i see i think you took a screenshot from some episode and try to do a wall with it, well a screenshot is not a wall, and will seriously not be accepted into the galleries, but if you take the scan (image of chouji and the butterfly), and you do something creative with the BG, that would be nice, it doesn't have to be something very elaborated, just something creative.

"Well, first of all, you should not, smooth the edges of a wall, you should try to extract it, as it is, and if the extraction isn't good, you should vector the scan, you should look for the edges of the scan and the jagged lines, on them. The horse tail, doesn't look good, and the edges on link don't look good either, you should work on that extraction.
Then, the BG, to be honest its a good BG, it goes along with link, but the scan is not blended on the BG, it looks like you just putted the scan on top of it.
And then the text, I'm REALLY bad putting text on my walls, that's why only two of my walls have text i think, cause its difficult for me to choose the text and its even more difficult to imagine what to put on it, that's why i don't do it. but as i see the wall, the text on it just doesn't work at all, try to find a more epic text.
i don't want to be mean, the think is that I'm in college, and i use just a little of my free time to post comments, what i did on my comment, was to try do show you what things are the worse of your wall, in a quick way, cause i was actually late for one of my classes. anyway good luck with your wall.
oh and by the way, there are not much mods/admins that will help you, the only admin i know that may be able to help you is Kalico, she sometimes has the time to check out your walls, and recommend what to do.
Other thing is that most of the mods, like apbot reject the walls, and they specify just one of the things that are wrong in your wall, cause they have lots of walls to review, that's why he didn't mention all the other mistakes you did. good luck" View
