"Damn I'm sorry for this but, you need to work a lot and when i say a lot, i mean a huge change, an enormous change.
you need to extract the characters better much better, use the quick extraction tool in photoshop CS3, or the magic wand if they have a white BG. Make the wall much smaller, that will improve the scans quality, cause it isn't good, vector the scans completely, and change the BG, it doesn't blend well with the characters, you have a huge way to go, good luck.
