The idea is great, although I think it the concept would be A LOT better if you made Kenshin's as Battousai face sad/angry. It wouldn't be much of a trouble, it would work even if you just flipped his mouth up side down making him look sad and stuff. ;D
Contrast between the old and the new Kenshin and shit.

One other thing is the ground in the background. It's too symmetrical, and maybe it shouldn't be that curvy.

It still owns most of the Rurouni Kenshin walls though, keep it up."

"The vector is more than awesome, glad you didn't keep it for yourself.
The background is as simple as it should be. I usually don't like drop shadows, but here they fit pretty well, both around/behind Kenshin and above/below the flower panels.
The colours are great and smooth, they don't tire the eyes at all.

Maybe you should upload and a texturless version, it's the type of wallpaper that looks better if it's all smooth-textured and stuff.

"Pretty, the only things I'd change would be the lips (they're a little "pixely" on the top) and the texture of the flower. I'd actually remove it completely. I think it would look better if all of the wallpaper was "solid", if you know what I mean.

And it's definitely not just decent.

The clouds look really great, so does the paper texture.

The text doesn't blend at all, but it doesn't matter, it kicks some serious ass.

"Absolutely AMAZING wallpaper.-

The part that impressed me the most is the shadows on Re-l's face, it's not something you occasionally see.
The ONLY part that kinda bugs me is the gun next to her, it's too "complete" for this kind of wall. Maybe deleting some color layers from it and erasing some little parts with a splatter/grunge/whatever brush should do.

Nothing else to say really, it's pure awesomeness.

The vector is pretty decent, it could have been really better, especially the hands.
The blur makes up for it, though.
Also, I have to agree with Yuuki about the blush. I didn't like it from the first time I watched the op. xD

The background is cool and crazy, I just don't like the text around Mariya saying "Maria Holic" and his name.
They'd be way better with simpler fonts and with less effects.
The "Paint in Colors" text rules though, the way the black space around it is created is very smart.

"Well, these scans have been used countless times for wallpapers, but this one's probably the best one. Multiple characters separated by simple borders is win. ^ ^

The colours are great, although Shinji's and Kaworu's are very similar and they are next to each other, so it kinda ruins the flow the girls' colours have.
Also, the vertical gradient on each character makes it more lively.

You did a great job with the textures, they might be too tense in most of the parts but it really fits the concept.

By the way, you should work on your signature. :P

Amazing vector, amazing wallpaper.

The shades are awesome, they make the characters come alive. I think that's really the strong spot of your wallpaper. Also, nice choice of colours.

The grass is almost as amazing as the chars, it has perceptive and makes the characters look like they come out of it.
Great job on adding blur in the rear grass, you can't really see it clearly but it is a large plus.

The characters' vectors are really great, but I'm not fond of the background.
It looks too solid, especially the left wooden part.

Also, the colours might have been better if they were slightly lighter, Suzaku looks toasted.
