This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Huge vector and great detail I love that. But I wonder where you found the patience to do all that vectoring, I would have stopped about 1/2 way through and forgot about it for six months if I even tried to do something like this.
I like the buildings, it makes you feel kinda like your there in that big city, and possibly lost.

Is that a football player in the BG though? It looks like a guy wearing a jersey but I don't know exactly what it is.
I like the Texture though because it looks icy and I have always loved the color blue.

The text is cool too. The texture in the BG remind's me of cracked ice or crumpled paper...nicely done.

The only way I could tell that you didn't vector the entire scan was mugen's foot, it's a little bumpy.
Also the fact that you said so.
But then again it could just be my computer...I guess I won't know until I look at it on my Xbox's dashboard.
There is some artifacting, But that's somewhat un-avoidable with so many differant color's.

I have seen attempts on such a transformation but they have never gone to the length's that you have.
That goldfish (I think its a goldfish. tell me if Im wrong) really gives an example to just how faint Mugen's slumber in the blackened deep truly is.
Not to mention the Color's really match Mugen's Deep Blue personality.
His hair flows with great realism.
"The blurring and Shinign is a bad combination I like the Colors in the BG but the foreground kinda ruins the focus. If you wanna use the textures then tone them down alot so that they match...

the snow is a little blurry but the overall focus Matches the BG and the Fog-like shading in the Foreground.

"Whoah the flow in this is Excellant and the stylish looks leave me in Awe, Yet I dont like the Way you colored mugen...it doesnt look bad at all its just that its Brown and doesnt quite match. The Headphones look great but almost too real.

I see your up to some more walling you know your really good at this.
The only things I can see might need some changing are the Large Text and The Border, but only because they draw attention away from the Scene. Which BTW looks very nice.

"I am not entirely Sure if my Quick oppinions will fit with the look and feel of this or not but I think that if you Clean up the Scans of Kakashi and Sakura, And update your Extraction that it would look flawless a few Extraction points that i saw were on mostly Naruto and Sasuke, I was Envisioning a Change in the Scans positioning but out of all the possible Scan Positions other than this one I could see that Positioning was not an Issue the Position that you have Expressed is great looking I am looking forward to seeing this the next time I stop by the Naruto Wallpaper page Great Work" View
