the castle in the bg looks slightly flat compared to the fancy saber vector
sabers hair lacks smoothness, especially the ahoge/antenna
her eyes could look livelier cos right now they dont pop properly"

her left thumb looks quite deformed
the nose might be slightly out of place
the blade looks like its bent to a slight spiral
her ahoge (the lonely antenna hair strand) is slightly jagged

that there doesnt eve look like earth... so is she in on pluto lookin on charon perhaps?

but now that i look at it, the young lady seems somewhat 2d
some adjustments in shading on her might be necessary

anyway, i think the basic concept is very good, but looking a bit more closely...
-vector is ok
-background is simple yet very stylish and kinda fitting, ok
-font ok
-this leaves the roses, which are all the same, some slightly rotated, but obviously all exactly the same and thats somehow painful to watch
i dunno, but if there were at least 3 rose templates it might not have been noticeable...
maybe slight tone variations could help
another thing is that they end very abruptly in the back
by the looks of it, the roses stop about 5 meters behind her, which either puts there a cliff or renders this world very small
in fact, i think the rose field is not foreshortened enough - the roses in the last line are still too big to match the perspective"

was afraid that fullview would be very disappointing, but it turned out to be the opposite
the gal is vectored really wonderfully
both crisp and full of fine tones
the petals (petals, right?) are a cool detail, but they are obviously all the same
you did turn and smudge some of them, but resizing and removing some from the pattern might have helped a lot more
especially the 4 petals close to each other are very obvious
the clouds arent 100% satisfactory either, but good
altogether the composition is very harmonical

she doesnt look 100% perfect when examined in detail, but 2560x1600 sure leaves space for downscaling, so its no problem
