color of bg and picture don't suit, so change it somehow.
and text, you should definitely work on it. don't put enter between "CRY" and question mark, cause it looks strange in also gramatical way. you should make letters smaller and maybe change the font too? if you don't want to write all sentence in one line then work on interline.
Maybe I'm alergic to texts that are put on wallpapers, but I think that even the most beatiful wallpaper can be easily "damaged" by wrong format of text.

ps. I don't personally think that the strip on the background is needed."
