This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

"I like the style and idea, it looks great in thumbnail view, but when you full view you notice the background pattern is not clear and crisp. If the background were vectored, that would do it I think." View
"The edges on the two right balls in her hair don't seem as smooth as the rest of the picture, also the edge of the hair/head touching the right ball towards the back of her head suffers from the same problem.
Similarly the outer curve of the hair next to the hand that holds the bow is a bit jagged.

"After watching the first episode of the second season of Honey and Clover I had a sudden yearning for some Honey and Clover wallpapers to adorn my desktop. The scan that you chose really reflects and shows the tangle of the relationship between Yamada and Mayama, and the composition that you've used to create the wallpaper accentuates this by leading the memory of the viewer to the Ferris Wheel episode and the awkwardness of the characters as they rode in their cabins. The background is beautiful in its simplicity and fits and works well.
I found Honey and Clover to generally be quite a sad anime, with the characters not really knowing any hope in the world in which they live...
I'm going to finish this comment up short at risk of it becoming a lengthy spiel of my thoughts and feelings on Honey and Clover, of which this is probably not the most appropriate place for them in their entirety.
