This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Really hawt wallpaper, Sumiru! :D I first saw it on LJ of course~ I think this is your best one so far – the colours are really dark yet you can tell exactly what's going on, and the glowy eye is a really nice focal point. "Wow! This is definitely bright and fun to look at :3 The details you put in are quite nice. I'm just nitpicking here:
- The text seems a little plain, considering how fun and decorated the wall as a whole is. Try visiting dafont.com for lots of cool fonts to make it even better. As for the placement, if the text was aligned along her shoulder, the composition would be more balanced.
- I also think the image itself would stand out more if you put the girl (I forget her name, whoops xD) above the rounded boxes.
A few little fixes, and you'll have an even greater wall :3" View

"I agree with the others; this has the potential to be such an awesome wallpaper, so may I suggest a few improvements?
- I like the placement of the image, but the quality is a bit lacking. Did you take a screenshot? I suggest vectoring it. If you haven't done so before, there are lots of tutorials around to help you with that.
- The background would look so much more interesting if you added some textures, brushes and/or text. Given the title of the wallpaper, maybe some fire textures and a fitting font would work well~

"It's looking spiffy so far! The extraction and the colouring on the image are both really great. I noticed a few things, though:
- The background is a tad too sparkly and has too many planets. I don't have a problem with how they're placed, it's just that they take attention away from KOS-MOS, the main focus. You can either decrease the transparency on the planets or take them out altogether to avoid this.
- The beam of light behind KOS-MOS is pretty~ Just, the horizontal beam isn't blended like the diagonal beams, so it doesn't quite match. Just blend that out and it'll look much better.
- The type... Because you put it between her legs, it takes the attention away from the rest of her body. You can put it to either side of KOS-MOS or make it bigger and space it out more over the middle of her legs.
