The background is too realistic for the scan used. The scan is not well blent with the rest, and as gat said, you have to fix the shadows. I don't really get the why behind the use of the little orange things all over the background, nor the floral brushes in an interior scene... It still needs work, I prefered some of your previous works to this one I would say...
