After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
I like how you merged the colours and and the pattern fits quite well. One thing that bothered me was the circles at the right side, they look rather out of place in my opinion.

"Interesting Idea but too many style involved.
First off, I think the sky looks really out of place, it doesn't blend at all with the rest of the wall. I'm suggesting that you just have a simple standard colour there.
As for the music notes and star etc, I think they should be shattered through the entire wall grasp the 'graffiti style'' I'm guessing that what you are aiming for.
Haruhi should be customized because she stands out too much aswell, I suggest you vector her and play with the colours.
Overall, I think this could turn out pretty good, so keep it up!" View

The background needs to improve, having the wave standalone makes it quite incomplete. Another thing you should take a deeper look on it's that recharger (I'm guessing that's one) It looks more like a pillow or some random slipper >.> And last thing, you should rethink your title, I know you can come up with something more original than that.
Suggestions on title: Blue Wave, Sora Online

Anyway, hope to some improvements into the next version!
The coloring it's a bit lacking and it's too plain, I suggest adding some textures or brushes to cover the background a little more. The falling boxes which contains their names looks out of place. I'd probably drag those all the way down and have a more suitable font which can be noticeable.
As for the concept it could turn out pretty good if you play around abit more with it.
