This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The wooden texture is just, disgusting. The first one you used four months ago was better than this, I don't know why. Probably the darker tone blended well with the whole aspect of the wp.
And I don't know wheter you checked your wall or not in full size (I'm guessing yes), but then again how could you miss those awful mistakes. The paper's edge is just funny at some places (top left or bottom left ...)
One can really see on this piece of artwork how tired you are. Tired of vectoring and all the designing stuff... so I strongly suggest you push that light wallpaper you started working on ages ago, because there is something really big going on!

The character design has the usual grayserg intensity, with a little spice added this time. I really like how you did the hair!
The design you implemented around your characers fits nice, altough I did not see the anime so I can't compare the mood.

The usual insane vectoring done by my number one waller. Just simply amazing again, and this new colour pick of yours gives a weird - but warm - vibration for this paper.
