After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

I do like his silver manga hair, but the more anime style looks great. I'm in love with the art-nouveau border and the colours you used, (Did you know they were my fav colours or was that coincidence?)
If I could tweak anything it would be the bg, I'd love it to be a little paler and more 'illustrated' looking, as well as making that gorgeous border pop out a bit more.

"I loved this one just from seeing the thumbnail! You have a gorgeous atmosphere going on this wall.
A minor crit would be that I think Daisuke needs to have some more shadows added directly underneath him where he's touching the stairs, to tie him in to the background a little better.
I know that's how it was in the original scan, but because your Daisuke is a little less washed out in style than the original, it overpowers the shadows on the steps.
This is my first time painting for a wallpaper, so please be kind. ^^; I think I did well!

You took a beautiful source image, and really made it your own. I like that even though it's a vector (with gradients) it doesn't have that artificial, overly technical feel they often have, the level of detail and subtle shading gives it an almost sketch-like feel. Really beautiful work." View

A minor crit would be that the flowers are such a different style it's a little jarring. Perhaps some partial outlines would have helped tie it all together?
All in all it's a gorgeous and original interpretation of that little black and white scan, and it's so nice to see a wall from this series. I'll be using this wall for sure!" View
