"Hm...
The concept is nice and the geass mark on the water is good, but dark purple is a little different from the "paradise" I have in mind. I thought the orange-ish background on the original picture looked better and it matched her color too. It gave a sense of relief. This on the other hand...I don't mean to be rude...looks more like underworld that heaven...

Lelouch once said Shirley is dead because of geass in many ways, so though your geass mark in water looked nice it's kind of ironic that it's in her "paradise"."

"I think the concept is nice and the background is really nicely done. And since you dulled the eye it really looks like she's a lifeless puppet.
But I would have added more strings (maybe of various sizes) and have it more visibly attached to her. Because now all the lines tend to go behind her...with the angle of the strings you get it that it's a puppet show even without the title but I think if the strings were wrapped around her arms and legs for example would show it even more that she's being controlled. Using white strings may be able to shovel some the the black-on-black problem too."

"This wallpaper looks really nice...from afar.
The two main characters matched very well with their sitting positions, and the atmosphere/mood you created is great, but the detail lacked some attention. You should add a little more shadow to each objects you put into the picture. (i.e. shadow of the two guys onto the sofa and floor) It would probably look less edited if you do that. Because the shadow on the guys are so strongly contrasted, it's be nice if you add somemore strong shadows, especially on the frames, right now they don't really fit at all.
And what really bugs me is the photo of the two girls in the bottom left corner. All the other photos were character profile CG but that photo was in-game graphic, wasn't it. It just doesn't fit at all...it'd be nice if you can find the profile pictures of them too and put those in, or at least edit the in-game picture to make it look more fitting to the rest of the pictures.

But anywas, I can see you worked very hard and the wall looks great overall. I just think the detail needs a little touch-up that's all. "

Overall the wallpaper looks very clean and nice to look at. I can't believe you revectored the pic though, that's a lot of effort. Good for you. (then again, that's probably easier than cleaning the scan)
The only "complain" (well, not really) I'll make is where Hisoka's feet meets the water. (or is he supposed to be standing on the sandy part of the beach? O_O) It'd be nice if you had some ripples.
But otherwise, great wall.
