Secondly, as everyone stated, the images are blurry and low quality.
If you also added filters, remove it.

"Love Spirited Away.
I've got a feeling that Chihiro and Hakuryuu is a bit too bright compared to the rest of the wall, and ruins the mood you're going for. Secondly, Haku's mane (?) looks cut off. The one parallel to the left side of the wall. That must definitely be fixed. Lastly, the wallpaper feels unbalanced. The left side of the wall seems heavier than the right. Try finding something that can balance it out. Something small, so it doesn't feel too distracting. Lastly, some of those white brushes are too strong, so try bringing down the opacity level. I like the background image you chose, and wish you good luck!"

1. Don't forget to put your signature if its your own work! =)
2. Go to Animepaper FAQ page, go to the wallpaper section and read the acceptable resolutions. 1400x987 is not an accepted resolution!
3. It would be nice to see the original scan to know how much change you've made to make the wallpaper. If you've just cropped the scan, then it would not get accepted."

I've never found a decent scan to make a wall for this series... anyways
the scan quality is low
if you have picked a smaller scan and enlarged it,
please refrain from doing it in the future.
I suggest you pick a higher quality scan and make a wall out of that,
or somehow vector this image. (I don't recommend this option, btw)
The text "Love Me" is a bit too big,
and maybe you want to try another color.
Adding in textures might be a good idea too.

"I say the sky color is fine for now
I have a problem with the blurriness of the clouds though
If the clouds are blurry, the stars behind it should have some blur.
And event then, the clouds are still too blurry. (AKA make it a tad less blurry)
Unfortunately, I don't have good suggestions for the crowds either,
though they look very weird.
I have a feeling you should add shadows on the ground for luigi,
because everything else has shadows casting on the ground.
There is a brown left over color from his shoes near his left leg that needs to be erased.
It's also on top of the black line.
The dusty laster light bothers me a little.
Finally, you should work on fixing up the shape of the black floating thing in the background,
and those red shape thing on the right and left of the fox.
Mountain might need a bit more detail too.

The glitter around ishida is too much.
Try finding a smaller brush or something.
I can't quite agree with the background you chose,
and getting a scan and putting it on a simple abstract background probably won't be accepted.
The text is too big and shiny, and you might want to change the direction of the text and the font.
Don't forget to add your signature if its your own work~!
Lastly, I wanted to know if this is a real bleach image, or is it a fan art of ishida?
Unfortunately, fan arts are not allowed here unless you place it in the artist's category.

I haven't seen walls like these a lot,
and I really love the mood and atmosphere.
The only thing I'm concerned about is the flower petals
They are nice, but right now, they aren't blending in nicely with the wall.
Try playing around with layer effects and opacity levels.
Also, the text is a bit hard to read.
Maybe you went for that kind of look,
and its not really that big of an issue,
but it would be nice if you can make it visible.
By the way, what is with the rectangle around the tomb saying
"THIS IS BROWN, the most boring colour ever"?
How did that happen, and why is it there?
Anyways, good luck on the wall,

Just to add on:
Just like what people have said, the wall is very busy.
One of the problem is the overuse of images.
It's always good to have an idea of what kind of wall you would want.
For example, if you want a funny wall, you might pick the largest image with
Yako drooling at the weird fish.
If you want a rather depressing wall, maybe the screenshot of Yako
when she was attending her father's funeral.
I know that Danalm said it, but the font needs to be changed.
The brushes are also overused and they are random to the wall.
After you pick a suitable scan/image, find a brush that suits the overall mood of the wall.
And make sure you do not stuff the wall with brushes!

"Is this a comedy?
I don't know, but it feels like a comedy. Probably because my mind is messed up.
Anyways, the wall needs more detail. More colors, more little stuff. (gah, I can't find the right words.) The rocks (?) on the right needs a lot of detail, because I can't tell if its a rock, or just some random slide. Which I know it isn't. But it can look like that. Also, I'm having hard time figuring out what the character (Daeva?) is standing on. It looks like bunch of bushes, but I don't think people can stand on bushes, and even if you did stand on a bush, dropping people off the bush wouldn't be very high, so it wouldn't hurt them. And I'm wondering if Daeva (?) is supposed to be smaller than Ray (?) because right now, it looks rather weird. Maybe adding a character description would be nice. =) Also, Ray's feet/shoes needs work, because it looks too small, and it also looks like it's connected to the pants. The background also needs work. Maybe adding clouds and more colors might help. It looks too simple, and un-sky-like. Finally, the top of the wall looks rather bare, and so changing the wall to a widescreen might solve this? Anyways, good luck on this wall!"

OK, moving on. The quality of the image is low, so you need to fix that by vectoring.
It's just not good enough. If you don't know how to vector, you can always google it! XD
Secondly, unless you are going to create the missing body parts for Kippei, you should move the image to the left hand corner. That way, we don't see the awkward cut of the picture. The font color is very hard to read, so you would want to change the color. Also, I don't like the font you chose for the signature, so you might want to change that too. I'm trying to figure out what's going on with the background, because it's looking very weird. I suggest you change the background, because it just looks like a bad effect, and the wall looks a bit too simple. Good luck on the wall, because this is one cute wall! Yuzuyu-chan's smile makes everything so much nicer "

I don't really get the background. I read what it was on the 1st revision, and forgot it.
I'm sorry. But I probably won't get it anyway.
I also don't get why it gets lower at the left. I remember you saying you did that on purpose, but why is that?
The blood looks out-of-place due to the shape and color.
Try looking for a better blood brush, maybe at Brusheezy or something.
And the blood on the left is going over the scan? Is that done on purpose or accident?
The font is rather hard to read, due to the color choice.
I like the font itself, so maybe try playing around with the colors and see what's best.
The tear on her eye looks weird, so if there's any way you can fix that, do so. (I have a feeling someone stated that on the 1st revision, so I'm sorry if this is like a repetition.)
The rose having different vectoring bothers me a little, but not so much.
I do like the mood you are going for, so keep up the hard work, and hope you will come up with something brilliant!"

So many things that the wall looks more like abstract instead of grunge.
I say you used a bit too much brushes.
Also the scan looks like it was placed on a layer of separate background
cause they don't exactly fit nicely together...
Change the font for "Fate/Stay Night"
And I can't say I like the brown stripe to the left
Is it really necessary?
If you want to keep the background, I say use different scan
If you want to keep the scan, use another background.
Or come up with a dazzling idea that works for both.

"I like what you're trying to do, but it's not quite working.
I understand the whole "blue-ness" of the wall, but it makes it rather boring.
I suggest you put it back into the original color and start from there.
Also, the scan needs to be cleaned.
It's a bit grainy. If you know how to vector, vector it.
I can't say I like the blurred feathers, so if possible, put it back to the original version.
Not thrilled with the font, but its not that bad, so I'll just leave that to your judgement. =)
Finally, the left half of the wall seems rather empty,
so if you can find something, like a background, that would fit nicely, go for it
