Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

"This is a really great wallpaper, but it has one biog flaw. Spike's eyes should be coloured in! The way it is now he looks blind or something. And he is rather famoous for having one eye slightly lighter than the other, so if you fill in the eyes, you can recreate that effect." View

Jet is defiantly a black suit, and since Spades is taken he could be Clubs. Ed should be the joker. Ed can be Crazy 8 or the Joker. If you do need to have a fifth card, then it should be Ein. Having the Swordfish II there is kind of random, though it might be nice on the back of the cards." View

A bit odd to see a wall like this concidering that GITS does not have much humor (if you don't count the manga, that is).
SAC has quite a bit of humour here and there. Who can forget the scene where Motoko has Batou punch himself out, or at the end of 1st Gig where the guys make fun of Batou.

Lololololol, i have too put thought into this. i never got why then named it"ghost in the shell" (and still dont) and that kinda pisses me off. but i like your background a lot.
Ghost=Soul and shell=body. It's all about wether you are still human if you no longer have an organic body, and also wether non-organic things can develop "souls".
