This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

As for a crit. I would say that the 2 characters don't match 100% well. Ocelot (If I remember correctly) looks much more 'whispy' than the cyborg ninja. Probably Ashley Wood's style though not your's.
I love that sketchy style though and the Black and White scheme works really well.

"Sweetness, compositionally it's much better than the one that got submitted for the battle. but the fire could be better. There are some pretty good tutorials out at pslover.com if you want to search fire there. I hope we get to see the guy in a wall soon too.

Tunnel Vision

Overall this is a nice wall, but what separates it from greatness is the blend of your characters with the tunnel. The tunnel could have used a bit more detail and color to help it work better with the characters.
My only crit on the characters is that they appear to be pasted on, their edges are a little harsh for the environment, but the above mentioned blending would fix that.

"Colors scheme good. advertisement, yes but a cheap one like you'd see for a made for tv movie or soon to be offed miniseries.
I like the concept, but since you are using the Xeno game models for the animation it does not work, would have been much better if you had used anime-style model sheets. And some of the extractions aren't too great. too cut and paste.
Great wall. the scann really blends well into the bg despite the real photo quality of the stock. Your texture work is awesome as always. another fav from me" View

"Its alright. The scan was cleaned fairly well but it would have worked better with the line art redone. it looks too messy to me.
