While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Also i like how it kind of looks like a raping or an unexpecting kiss, I don't know what kind of feeling i have towards the wall, but it shows that much it me like a movie scene.

Do something with the background.
And dont do that brush thing you did to make that glow happen around them.
If you want to add that effect. You right click on that layer and go to blending options, you'll see outer glow." View

The thing is, you need to fix on extracting the scan. It doesn't need to be clean because the scan itself is already clean.
Next look up on how to blend the scan into the background.
