Why I decided to comment on this wallpaper? First, I like Katekyou Hitman Reborn. Second, I do think there is a lot more potential in this wallpaper, both in the background as well as in the vector itself. The most noticeable thing is the eyes. At this point, the eyes do not give special expression. I know it is a hard task to make the eyes look wonderful (even I can't do it, LOL), but I just felt like to point it out to you. If you can make the eyes look better (if you are not sure how, try browsing some senior-member's wallpaper or some showcased wallpaper where the eyes are so well done. Or try to search some in DeviantArt).

Well, going to the wallpaper, I do not think abusing the carrots is a really bad thing. I love the two big carrots right behind the characters, looking so nice. For character, I think the only thing I do not like is the hair. Somehow I was kind of expecting some more shading on it. whilst it is a bit difficult for me to say how you remake the ribbon on her head, I will not say more about it.
What lies after this is only my suggestion to make it to my liking, so you may skip it if you want, LOL. Well, not really sure about this, but have you tried using solid color as background? And then you can put some more-visible (100% opacity) carrots on it. However, how you place the carrots is important too. Whilst the present look is not bad, some kind of variations on the carrots position may make this more interesting. Anyway, like I have said above, this is just a mere suggestion, and this also does not guarantee yours will be better >.> LOL. Just saying what is in my mind now. Haha.
Nevertheless, your wallpaper looks pretty interesting, great work. And I am adding this as my favorite; I am sure you will keep getting better and better." View

At the first glance, I was like "What is that text doing over there?!" Lulz. But after I downloaded it, I realized that the text and the additional elements on the center of the wallpaper really makes the wallpaper what it is, awesomeness.
I love the vector so much, nice and clean (the texture(s) too). And the gradient color on "petalchaser" looks really wonderful. And great looking wings too. The background with texture(s) and brushes really harmonize with the character so much, I love it. It's great that you did not put another lot of brushes, may be distracting.
All that words and without a favorite? Of course not, I am definitely making this as my favorite.
PS: Do you have the version with reversed character? (like on the scan) If you do not mind, may I have that version? It looks so great too in my imagination, makes me really want to see it." View

Maybe attractive is not the right word. I mean, it will catch more attention and will be more focused if you put some more color on the character. Nevertheless, this wallpaper still has its own strong points as it is an original anime art and the "Original Art" text really makes me in awe (yeah, I love it so much). But I think the other text may need a bit adjustment. Maybe make them more cramped or you have to try some other alternative fonts.

From orange, violet, to dark blue, all blended really nicely. I can also say the same for the trees on the front and on the back. Though they do not have a lot of details, I can really tell that is tree. And they are good looking. I could not make ones like the front ones >.>
As per the characters, the hair, the skirt, the clothes, the shoes, everything are well-made :D They only thing I do not really like is the breath though, I think it is better without it. =p

I remember reading and looking at this wallpaper back then in the forum. I have always liked the mist dragon, especially the head, really nice. Though it is kind of contrast, seeing the full color girl with almost colorless dragon; maybe some details? But I love it the way it is now :3
Beside those two characters, I believe everything looks great. Though I do not really like the cloud D: The grass you have worked so hard, the mountain, the flowers, and the trees, all looked really nice, as if it were a game scene, love it so much.
