"Beside suggesting using shape instead of strokes in vectoring, I think:
(these are what I think I would do if this is my wallpaper)
=change the color of the blue and green (the dark ones) I think they are a bit unfit with the color of the character; but I love the cyan xD
=put up some effects on the fist of him, I think it maybe looks cooler, lol.
=well, and put some thing that needs to be fulfilled in order to get accepted by AP, signature

Well, that is my opinion; the things on the bottom right are pretty flashy while the character itself isn't; I think you may want to make some light on the character (or glow).
The misty sky looks nice :3 but I don't really like the red moon though D: especially with blue glow
