This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Lol, this picture board looks exactly like the one my friend has created for our group of friends. She's really big on pictures and memories and has a few up in her room. You really recreated that feeling in this wall very well.

Maybe I would get rid of the "Someday, somewhere in the sky." That part looks a little off and the background pictures on the left look a little too clustered. Maybe just have one of Tidus instead of three with him?
Color scheme and cloud effects look good too. Also, maybe you can do something in the blue background as well? Stars or something? *Shrugs.* Actually, on second thought, that part looks great on its own.

I just feel that the patterns of the rest of the wall don't fit as well with the image. Color scheme works, for sure. The text is also pretty hard to distinguish against the background its in. But definitely a nice wall!

Right now, it seems a little odd with Sakura looking like she's in a window of sorts and Sasuke somewhere completely different.

"Wow, this is actually one of the few Sakura wallpapers that I actually have taken a liking too.
I think it's probably b/c of the old, contemporary kind of style you went for, which is a style I'm definitely pretty fond of as my wallpaper use on my desktop. Sakura blending in with the background is a pretty neat effect, but I'm not sure how much that helped make this wallpaper that great. It looks like her hand that holding the kunai, is kind of disappearing. O_o
