First, the extraction. There are some jagged lines on her right arm, left shoulder, and the wand. Try searching in Google (or other search engines) for some extraction tips.
Second, The background. Her hair mixes the dark background. She looks like that she's also a part of the background. It's too plain. The planets are too real. Overall, I don't like the look of it. And there are strange spots in the background. And in my opinion, add some star brushes in it.
Third, the text. The text is too "plain" for me. The font you used is horrible. Maybe a dramatic, or I should say an elegant font must be nice. Also, I think that the text isn't in the right position. Or is it the size of the font?
Last, but not the least, the signature. Signature is required for a wallpaper. It won't be accepted without that :)
I really don't like the concept. Try improving and improving.
