While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

A serene intensity that's hard to explain. I'm so very glad you used a manga scan instead of the anime movie one ~ you don't see a lot of miyazaki manga walls. You did an absolutely WONDERFUL job on this wall, but it looks awkward in a way. Nausicaa looks displaced from the wall as the background's style is different from that of her. Though Ghibli art is the same way, it looks blended in. But not this wall. :[ I see you were trying to make it look as if Nausicaa was on a plateau of sorts? But instead, it looks like she's on a little hill. I have no idea why, but it makes me feel this way. Overall, it's a beautiful wall! Keep it up!" View

Then, when I enlarged it, all I could say was, "WOW".
This is just an amazing wallpaper. The way the clouds are put makes it seem like they're running at very high speeds while the grass and things around them are standing still. (Totoro!)
I also quite like the texture of the wall.

Sakura looks VERY mad at Kero.
Some things I like about this wall is that the lines are very clean, yet, they're soft at the same time. It's not like in other walls where the softness is excessive. You've done a WONDERFUL job.
The background is also very simple, yet cute. To me, it symbolizes Sakura and Kero's relationship. Always full of hardships, yet, a simple life. (wait, did that make sense?)

At the same time, her expression is intense.. probably looking toward a bad omen? Haha, trouble in paradise. ;P With your wallpaper, it also seems like the darkness is overpowering the light (the horizon / right part of the wallpaper), also symbolising trouble. The clouds in the top look beautiful in the right, but not the left. It's still BRIGHT! while the sky is dark. Perhaps that symbolising hope? Haha, I don't know.. I've never seen the series. But it seems she cannot see the clouds, so that must mean.. hidden powers? Or some unseen light (hope) in the dark? Haha, I'm good at this symbolism thing. ;P Anyways, great job!

"A The Spiriting Away of Sen and Chihiro wall! Chihiro looks very beautiful in this wall, but the room is just lacking perspective. The windows (they're windows, right?) looks like doors and the floors? look like the wall. It's like a picture that can seem like so many different things at different angles. It's so weird. XP With the junk (the boat is called a junk. I don't mean it's literally junk like trash.) in the back, I start to have the feeling that it's a window, but at the same time, the outside looks a bit like a picture ~ perhaps the concept/thought of false freedom? :O If so, that's veryyy nice. You also said it was so represent the room that Chihiro and the others rested in, but I see nothing of that (except that it's made of wood! First, let me say that you portrayed Talho's emotions beautifully. It's like the sun's shining outside, but she feels so lonely and cold. It just jumps out at you!
Another thing I like about this wall is how the flower and bracelet are coloured more vibrantly than others. It's another thing about her. She may care about material possesions, but deep down, she just wants to be loved.
