As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. I have said that because of the greatness of the wallpaper. Everything in this wallpaper is so nicely done it's like a masterpiece...
First of all is the background, the thick lines that have been added to each outline of the objects greatly enhances the visual effect of this wallpaper and the objects used within it.
The background also looks very detailed, I liked the roses the most because they are what stands out the most besides the background with the tree and Jun, the orange and light orange background is also very nice.
Next to the characters, they look very nice especially with the bold line effect on the outline, the work on the characters were also pretty good (extraction and rendering) and I also like the idea of putting Jun as the background instead of with the Rozen Maidens (because I think so :P)
Overall this wallpaper is one of the best I've ever seen... and yeah...

I like this style of positioning that you picked for this wallpaper, it is very simple, yet very stylish (in an undescribable way ), it also makes the point of attention and interest very obvious. The other good part is the colour you used for the background, it suits the character very well.

I really liked the style of background that you've adopted to use in this wallpaper, it's very colourful and has a very nice and happy style to it, best thing about this is also to the fact that it fits with the two characters pretty well~
Now for the characters, they are both very cute (especially in their kimono) and both look like they've been worked on by pretty well (the fact they fit perfectly with the wallpaper's background as mentioned above) I don't know about the lights around the characters though, they look like they aren't really supposed to be there...
Other than that the wallpaper is one that can be called one of the best~

The best point of this wallpaper is chibi-Shana, simply because it's one of the cutest things that ever lived (or existed) The Shana on the whiteboard is very nice as well, just not as cute as the chibi, and I really liked the idea (Melonpan Beam, lol)
The background is okay, very nicely detailed but a bit blurry, and it also looks different from the preview (1280 x 1024 had some of the background missing and character part cut) so please improve on that

It's hard to find a wallpaper these days that have such detailed buildings of a city, it's actually kind of hard to believe that there was over 800 different layers used for this wallpaper (because of the simplicity)
Anyway to commenting, this wallpaper's good side is that it's very simple, just a character and detailed background... The character looks like considering amount of work has been done on her comparing from the scan and the wallpaper (of course the wallpaper looks much nicer than the scan one) and I see that you've removed some of the shadows from the buildings (I think the shadows look good as they were in the scan, why remove it) and made it smoother (the smoothness is also something I liked about the wallpaper)
The bad side of this wallpaper, however, is that the image background is a bit too plain (the colours just basically look like the same in the scan, and nothing extra was added) You should do something like changing the skie's colour or the time of the wallpaper (like making the setting at near sundown or at night) obviously that is gonna be a lot of work but I think it would look nice (this is an opinion after all)

This is another notable wallpaper for Shakugan no Shana.
I really liked the way that you altered some elements of the characters appearance, especially the eye and the lips (not to forget mentioning Alastor) those alternation in the colour gave Shana a really deep and undescribeable beauty. I didn't really like the wings though they look like they're made from plastic (from the style that it's drawn in) I would suggest using a different style for the wings, like the feathers in the background, they look a lot better than the wings.
I also liked the way the darkness is reveled in the centre of the wallpaper, it is a very nice effect, however the background is not so good as it looks like it's just there to fill the space, in my opinion it should be removed (but that's just me you don't have to do it)
In my opinion the text should be brighter and not faded into the blackness
That's my opinion of the wallpaper, a very nice piece of work

The character and the background looks like they came from the same image, and the positioning of the character isn't too impressive (It would have looked better if it was moved a bit more down and towards the centre) The size and positioning of the text is also not very good (Uesugi Kenshin kanji is too small and unreadable, and the 昆 letter should be made a lot bigger and possible put in this wallpaper as a semi-background)
But I have to say that the idea is very good, and would have been better if more work was put into this wallpaper.

The work that you've done on this wallpaper is considerable, the extraction of the scan is pretty nicely done, it's very clean and clear.
The background is marveously created, I liked how you made the background of the grass clear up at the front and hiding the higher background of the trees behind the lower background, though it can't be seen, but once it is seen, it is beautiful.
The only problem with this wallpaper, though, is the composition of the character; placing her in the middle didn't really suit her that well, and like ccjsoft said, it would look better if the character was placed on the left or right side of the wallpaper instead.

This is a very interesting wallpaper indeed (you don't see Yukito on an AIR wallpaper everyday, lol, so this is something really nice) the characters are pretty good, but like JcZala said: 'The girl there is just too light or pale. She doesn't at all blend with the character there'
You could improve it by maybe darkening the character a bit (so that Misuzu and Yukito looks like they're from the same drawing)
I don't particularly like the background because it is too messy, there is just too many feathers and too many styles that are used on the background, it would look better if there was a lot less feathers and if some of the styles (like the arc-circle shape surrounding Yukito) are removed.
This is still pretty good, at least you tried to make a wallpaper, just keep in mind to try to make wallpapers without that much effects, because like make-ups; too much can drown out the persons true beauty.

The overall wallpaper is a very nicely done job, but the feeling that it gives to others is quite different, it expresses a strong sense of emotion, and that is why it is so good.
The background is very simple, pretty, but is effective in expressing the theme and the environment around it, the text is also a very nicely chosen one too, I like the font and the style that you used on it, it really suits the wallpaper and it's theme.
Finally to the character, I liked the choice of character that you used (mainly because she is pretty and drawn for the purpose) but of course the work that you put into extracting her is also very good.

The vectoring is done very nicely (as expected from Rikumaru, [HI there, long time no see!]) and the character design looks very nice (damn she looks good with any sort of designs~), the background although is a plain and simple one of the blackboard, is very detailed, and suits the character just fine

Not too much can be commented about this particular wallpaper, I suppose, but still something to say for it... ;()..
The best thing of this wallpaper is the characters, they are (how do I put this...) I dunno the style they are drawn in are really nice, I I liked it a lot their details aren't too bad either~
The background is a bit plain and too dark I think, but the colour effect covered the losses, the background objects are also very nice looking (especially the sword, I want it )
The words that were written in the background were a bit unreadable until I decided to opened it to max size, and the meaning are quite... nice
That's what I have to say for the wallpaper~
Some improvements would be to add a bit more blood, and instead of blood smudges add actual blood streaks and stains (it's all for the looks) ([]-[])9

This is a very funny yet cute wallpaper~
The character is very cute, and in this one would have taken Miyuki's place as a "walking element of turn on's". The extraction and editing of the character has also been done pretty well.
The style of background that you used for this wallpaper is pretty good, I like the slideshow of the anime that showed her eating, it looked really cute, the pattern of the blue background is also very interesting to look at, it also fits Konata very well.
The text on the top of the wallpaper is also an interesting new style that I haven't seen before, it is very nice and should be encouraged of its use in more wallpapers~
No real comments and improvments that I think is available for this wallpaper because it's one of the more perfectly made wallpaper that doesn't require editing.

She doesn't at all blend with the character there'
You could improve it by maybe darkening the character a bit (so that Misuzu and Yukito looks like they're from the same drawing)
I don't particularly like the background because it is too messy, there is just too many feathers and too many styles that are used on the background, it would look better if there was a lot less feathers and if some of the styles (like the arc-circle shape surrounding Yukito) are removed.
This is still pretty good, at least you tried to make a wallpaper, just keep in mind to try to make wallpapers without that much effects, because like make-ups; too much can drown out the persons true beauty.

"Shmea...Just looking at this wallpaper makes one feel all calm and cool inside...
The overall wallpaper is a very nicely done job, but the feeling that it gives to others is quite different, it expresses a strong sense of emotion, and that is why it is so good.
The background is very simple, pretty, but is effective in expressing the theme and the environment around it, the text is also a very nicely chosen one too, I like the font and the style that you used on it, it really suits the wallpaper and it's theme.
Finally to the character, I liked the choice of character that you used
From my point of view the wallpaper is as good as it is, so it's good to keep it that way

"This is a pretty interesting wallpaper~The character is pretty good (except it didn't look too good when 1280x1024) and I like the effect that you put into the wallpaper.
The background is a bit bad though, although the colour suits Zero pretty well it is too messy, and has too many random this and thats everywhere, I would suggest using another sort of background for this wallpaper
Overall it's all good except for the background

The vectoring is done very nicely (as expected from Rikumaru, [HI there, long time no see!]) and the character design looks very nice (damn she looks good with any sort of designs~), the background although is a plain and simple one of the blackboard, is very detailed, and suits the character just fine
The wallpaper looks good as it is, so a change in anything is not recommended (unless there is a better picture, then I will accept) ([]-[])9

"Whoa... this wallpaper sure is dark and bloody...Not too much can be commented about this particular wallpaper, I suppose, but still something to say for it... ;()..
The best thing of this wallpaper is the characters, they are (how do I put this...) I dunno the style they are drawn in are really nice, I I liked it a lot
The background is a bit plain and too dark I think, but the colour effect covered the losses, the background objects are also very nice looking (especially the sword, I want it
The words that were written in the background were a bit unreadable until I decided to opened it to max size, and the meaning are quite... nice
That's what I have to say for the wallpaper~
Some improvements would be to add a bit more blood, and instead of blood smudges add actual blood streaks and stains (it's all for the looks) ([]-[])9

"Bwaah!This is a very funny yet cute wallpaper~
The character is very cute, and in this one would have taken Miyuki's place as a "walking element of turn on's". The extraction and editing of the character has also been done pretty well.
The style of background that you used for this wallpaper is pretty good, I like the slideshow of the anime that showed her eating, it looked really cute, the pattern of the blue background is also very interesting to look at, it also fits Konata very well.
The text on the top of the wallpaper is also an interesting new style that I haven't seen before, it is very nice and should be encouraged of its use in more wallpapers~
No real comments and improvments that I think is available for this wallpaper because it's one of the more perfectly made wallpaper that doesn't require editing.
Keep up the good work and I expect great things (well, wallpapers) from you in the future~
