I think putting the window on the right side of the wallpaper is a really nice idea because it gives space for the icons on the computer, the photographs on the left side of the wall is very nice idea as well because it makes the left side look a lot less empty and plus those were some very nice events
The vectoring job were also very neatly done and the effects on the top side of the walls are also very nice it gives the wall realistic effects, and the shadows on the windowsills are also very nice in terms of giving effect

The background looks very flashy and I love the gadgets that you put in the wallpaper (makes it look cool) but to my opinion, this wallpaper lost a lot of what it would haven't because of those gadgets (since it took away the attention from Haruhi, and made the entire wallpaper seem very busy)
So my suggestion to you is to take some gadgets away (because that will give the attention back to Haruhi) and try to make Haruhi more of a 'focus' in the wallpaper by taking the pink away
You have potential, but you take it a bit off-track at times (including in this wallpaper) make some more wallpapers and look at others wallpaper will help you improve

I loved the style that you made the wallpaper in, it looks like a very old photograph, and that would suit this anime well because of the storylines, althouhg the background does look a bit too blurry and translucent, the character and the crows in the background are fine I think they should stay just as they are.
The text is also placed in a good position where it won't get in the way of the wallpaper

The background of this wallpaper looks very beautiful and very detailed, I loved the sky (becuase of the moon in the background and the clouds make the sky very beautiful), and the placement of the sakura and the grasses make a very nice effect together.
And to comment on the character, she is just very cute, and needless to say, the vectoring job has been done very nicely with her, and the text is also very small and unreadable I think you could make it a slight bigger in size.

This has to be one of the best wallpapers that was submitted... The background is wonderful (excellent work on the fire sparks, it makes the wallpaper look very nice) The vectoring of the character was also done magnificently (clean and clear) with the colours very sharp as well.
Even though this is one heck of a great wallpaper it has it's flaws as well, because as we look into this wallpaper we only see Shana and some sparks around her in the background, and pitch darkness, so my suggestions in this wallpaper is that you could add some more fire into the foreground (or just make more sparks) or add some text into this wallpaper

The artwork looks fine, but the character looks a bit blurred and semi translucent, and the text is also hard to read, also a tip for you is that if there are two characters, make it so that both of them fit inside the wallpaper, otherwise it will decrease the appeal (or appearance) and therefore become an eyesore
My suggestions for this wallpaper is that you remove the extra tiny text in the right, and make the character smaller so that the other one can fit in (it makes the wallpaper look a bit better if you do so) and also, make it so that the wallpaper does not look too blurry and remove those little vertical streaks

I loved these chibi's that you used on this wallpaper, (they are so cute! especially Asuka) and for the background... I think the mountain and the plain looks very ... in a sense (hand done) and that I will have to comment on, it would have looked better if you try using some other background style, surprising thing is that the water was actually done very nicely (with the same technique as you used on the background) and the shadows of the characters and on the floor is done very nicely.
Putting those aside the vectoring of the characters are very nicely done, very clean and clear, I must say that they are the most detailed in this wallpaper (apart from the water, which is also very detailed)
So here are my suggestions, leave the characters as it is and work on the background again, I'm sure you would do a nicer job than this

It's been a while since I've seen those two together (they always seem to be very aloof from the world, well, maybe only Nayuki, lol) I loved the background simply because of the patterns that you made and the colour that you did it in. (In this wallpaper the green and pink compliment each other pretty nicely)
The vectoring job of the characters looks very nice, it is very clean and tidy. A bit I don't like about this wallpaper though is their hands (they look a bit off and not drawn properly) but that is not your fault, the overall of this wallpaper is very good.
