"Hey it looks alot better without the text in my opinion. Your BG is kind of blurry but it's not so blurry that it's a really big problem, the blur on the grass actually looks better than the sakura trees though. If you can find any way to make your BG look sharper, I would recommend it. But if not, I think this make for a nice first paper for you."

"I actually think this version looks alot better. It's alot easier on the eyes. Now that that's fixed maybe yu should try decreasing the opacity on your text, it looks a little to solid and takes away too much attention from the rest of the wall.

"Whoahohoo! Nice job man. This really is a good job for your first wallpaper. If it's vectored I think you should make a 1600x1200 version(just an opinion), I think your colors are sort of overly biright and should be turned down a little it though.And also nice job with the white leaves they really add a nice touch.

"LOL. Well this is sort of funny but it seems there was really nothing wrong with my wall after all! lol(except for the white spot that was in Haruko's hair.Anyway I Pm'ed Dais back about the rejection and he said this

Truncated means cut off. When I tried saving and viewing your file, a small lower part of your wallpaper was solid grey (i.e. the wallpaper did not upload fully).

So I think the paper just wasn't uploaded corectly. Anyway I fixed the problems that you said were there and resubmitted. I'll post a link to the paper if it gets accepted this time.

"WOW. I wasn't expectin my paper to get rejected but I guess it happens somtimes.
It was rejected by Dias with this message attatched to it

Wallpaper could not be loaded due to the image being truncated at the lower part. Kindly retouch a part of Haruko's hair (white spot) before resubmitting.

Now I'm not sure what they meant by truncated so I was wondering if you guyz could help me.

Is Sony doing a good job with PS3

"I think that when the PS3's key titles come out to support the system (like Motorstorm,FFXi,DMC4,MGS4,Heavenlysword,Haze,and many more) alot of good things will start happening for the system. Of course the systems launch wasn't the best(in alot of other opinions people think it was crap).But neither was the Xbox 360's. The 360 came out a year before the PS3 with problems of its own and didn't have a console that was going to cost a third of its initial price point. And not only that but the were gamers who were planning to save their money and buy a Wii over the PS3 from the start. I wasn't expecting Sony to do as good as it is doing right now. As for the graphics. In my opinion PS3's first generation games' graphics beat XboX360's 2nd generation graphics. A bit problem for people who can't see the difference between XBoX 360's graphics and the PS3's have probably never played any of its full 1080p games on a TV that supports it, because not many gamers own one(or an HDMI cabe).

I say we'll just have to see which system comes out on top in the end(end of 07). And when Halo3 is squaring off with Zelda(maybe) and MGS4,Heavenly sword,FF13 for game of the year I'll ask again if you still believe the critics of old 2006"

"I think the best thing for this paper would be to vector the scan and maybe choose another BG. you BG looks kind of blurry and the sky looks pretty weird. Your scan is sort of blurry as well in the face area.

I think this would be a really good paper if you Vector your scan(and it's a pretty simple scan so vectoring wouldn't be too tough) because that char(vectored) in front of a BG with leaves in the fall would look really nice.

Fixed the curtains a bit
Fixed the window glass
Tried to touch up on the edges/jaggy lines
And now I'm trying to find a useful way of making rectangle boxes(bricks) as a texture to put on the wall instead of the texture i used here. But if you like the texture I use here just say so =].

But I really can't find what jaggy lined you guys are talking about. Remember to use the magnifying glass cursor when looking at the pic(click on the enlarged image). If that doesn't work then maybe i need to use another upload site.



If you notice some jaggy line please say where they are. It would help out alot and save alot more time.

"Ok I failed. The vector for the graffiti on the wall is a no go. I was at it for about 2 or 3 hours and all I came up with was this

So I chose to try something else.I vectored the outside of the 2nd BG and came up with this

Wasn't to tough,took a little bit of time, and looks better (good call)

So now I have this for my paper and need suggestions

Made the curtains a bit more red(still needs work)

Need more comments(want to submit this when it's finished). And does anyone thisnk that I need to change the color of Haruko's clothes or anything on her to make her blend with everything better, or is she fined now?

"I think you've got a pretty good idea goin for a paper but the scan isn't looking too good in my opinion. One thing you could do to make it look better is to try vectoring it (doesn't look very complicated so vectoring might be the best idea). Or you could try cleaning it. You said you tries cleaning it before but there are other ways of cleaning it in photoshop.

"Vectoring the graffiti for me will take 4EVEEER! but i'll think of giving it a shot. I also have to think about weather to clean it, vector it, or just try a new graffiti wall. Hopefully I go with the one that'll look the best and isn't just quickest =].

And in the meantime has anyone thought of any texts that can help me out? Nothing big, but something that describes the wall or something that can give me an idea.
