It's very difficult question: "Is downloading anime legal or illegal". If someone complains about what are you doing, it's illegal. If not - as you think. If you think, that it's illegal - don't download and buy DVDs when they arrives.

BTW, Most fans buying DVD and other fan-service ;-) So copyright holder takes a lot of money on that.

Quality of rays in the bottom are awful :-( There are some pixel stairs, which looks horrible :-(

And also, for that style of wallpaper, I think, it's better to choose another font for labels and copyright. Also for copyright use smaller font and not so terrible color ;-)
